Grievance Cell
The College has constituted the Grievance Cell Committee. The following instructions are framed to solve the problems of student teachers in the Modern Institute of Teacher Education, Kohima. The Grievance Cell aims to look into the complaints lodged by any student teacher and redress them as per requirement. The students can state their grievances regarding any academic and non-academic matter within the campus through the online grievance/ suggestion box. The institution aims to solve the grievances of the students within the stipulated time.
Objectives of Grievance Cell
The Grievance Cell has been developed to settle the grievances of the student teachers and other stakeholders within a reasonable period for further strengthening the bond of the student teachers with the institution by providing them with all kinds of facilities to a satisfaction level for maintaining a convenient ambiance of academic teaching and learning.
- To meet the legitimate expectations of student-teachers for better, faster, and more effective services.
- To develop an organizational framework to resolve the Grievances of Student-Teachers.
